Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Airport Concessions General Manager to oversee the operations of retail and food service outlets within an airport environment. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in hospitality, food service management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and financial performance across multiple concessions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of airport concessions, including food service outlets, retail shops, and specialty vendors Develop and implement operational policies to ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales tracking, cash handling, and reporting Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures Ensure adherence to food safety standards including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and HACCP protocols Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain supply chain efficiency Conduct regular staff evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a positive team environment Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to uphold brand reputation Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Experience Proven management experience in food service or hospitality management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Demonstrated supervising experience with team leadership responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and reporting Strong background in inventory control, food safety management, and cost analysis Experience managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining settings Skilled in training staff on food handling procedures, customer service excellence, and operational standards Ability to perform basic math calculations related to cash handling, budgeting, and profit analysis Prior experience in restaurant management or managing concessions at transportation hubs preferred Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop team members effectively If you possess a passion for hospitality management combined with the expertise to lead diverse teams in a high-volume airport setting, we encourage you to apply.
