• 6:00pm) Position Duties Help operate and support production lines Ensures plant is operating safely and all safety precautions are being taken by employees Responsible for the management of a shift of employees by assigning responsibilities, delegating tasks and responsibilities and training and development for employees Conducts performance evaluations and makes recommendations of assigned staff at the discretion of the Production Manager Oversees shift to ensure production is running lean and staying on schedule.

Performs daily audits and reports any issues in a timely matter. Promote continual KPI improvements and active contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability.
