Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences, ensuring tailored recommendations. Utilize reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) to book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel arrangements efficiently. Provide detailed travel itineraries, including transportation schedules, accommodations, activities, and essential travel tips. Communicate proactively with clients via phone, email, or chat to answer questions, confirm bookings, and offer expert advice throughout the planning process. Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, destination information, and promotional offers to deliver current and valuable guidance. Manage multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail. Support clients during their travels by offering assistance with changes or issues that may arise during their trips. Experience Proven experience working in a remote sales environment or customer service role within the travel industry desired. Willing to train right candidate! Strong knowledge of travel scheduling, reservation systems, and global distribution systems (GDS) desired. Demonstrated ability to plan complex itineraries and manage multiple client requests efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional client communication skills- friendly, clear, and professional in all interactions. Familiarity with hospitality standards and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
