Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills to ensure timely service Support team members in delivering a seamless dining experience from start to finish Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially quick service or fast food settings Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS confidently Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for upselling opportunities Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food industry terminology, including serving, bussing, and food handling procedures Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and sanitation practices in a café or retail setting is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
