In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests, whether they're enjoying a casual meal or celebrating a special occasion. Paid training is provided to help you succeed and grow within our vibrant team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash, credit card transactions, and handle POS systems with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu options to elevate the dining experience Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and making change confidently Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices is desirable Experience with food preparation or kitchen support roles can be beneficial Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through energetic service, expert knowledge, and genuine hospitality.
