Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including drinks, desserts, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process cash transactions and credit card payments accurately, handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and food ingredients to assist guests in making informed choices Follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards diligently during food handling and beverage service Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including setup of service areas and restocking supplies Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations in both casual and fine dining settings Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, cafes, or bars is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales transactions efficiently Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including OpenTable reservations management is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy hours without compromising quality of service Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling procedures Experience in customer service roles that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver memorable dining experiences where energy meets excellence!
