Duties Expediter Support servers and hosts by bussing tables and helping with order taking when needed Greet guests warmly and provide in-person customer service that makes everyone feel at home Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar platforms Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper handling procedures and dietary guidelines Help with beverage preparation, including coffee service and bar support during busy hours Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant support, or hospitality is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette for guest interactions Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shifts including evenings and weekends Kitchen experience such as knife skills or meat cutting is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and deliver excellent guest relations Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
