Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable SERVER to join our dynamic team during afternoon and evening shifts Thursday, Friday and Saturday. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order management. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve concerns promptly Support beverage service with knowledge of spirits, wine pairings, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. AS TOAST
