Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover processing transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service Upsell menu items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, process credit card payments, and manage POS systems with precision Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests with enthusiasm and professionalism Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Clover ability to process sales transactions efficiently Culinary experience or food industry background preferred; familiarity with food handling and sanitation standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales processing Experience in serving guests in high-energy settings such as nightclubs or busy restaurants is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
