We want someone who brings positive energy to the workplace, makes every customer feel welcomed, and takes pride in providing excellent service. Requirements & Qualifications Must speak Spanish. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is strongly preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, charismatic, sweet, and welcoming personality. Must be a team player and willing to help coworkers. Responsible, punctual, organized, and dependable. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy hours. Job Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service. Take food and drink orders accurately. Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner. Check on customers throughout their dining experience. Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after each customer. Sweep and mop dining room floors as needed. Clean, sanitize, and maintain customer restrooms. Roll silverware (forks and knives) and prepare tables for service. Restock napkins, utensils, condiments, and other dining essentials. Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties. Work together with the rest of the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant. Waitresses keep 100% of there individual earned tips!! What We're Looking For At D'Humo, teamwork, cleanliness, kindness, and excellent customer service are essential. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
