The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining proper math skills. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of brewing techniques or bartending experience is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling is beneficial.
