Duties Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring food safety and presentation standards are met Clear and reset tables efficiently by bussing dishes, glassware, and utensils, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area Assist with food running duties by transporting orders from the kitchen to tables swiftly and safely, adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling procedures Support the serving staff by providing guest assistance, answering basic questions about menu items, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through regular cleaning tasks including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors as needed Handle food safely by following proper food handling protocols and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems such as Micros POS to ensure smooth service flow Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued!
