Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations Delivering food from the kitchen to guest tables promptly, accurate, and with a warm, professional presence Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods, including banquet events if applicable Manage time effectively to attend to multiple guests and tables promptly while providing exceptional customer service Assist in bar management tasks when required, including stock replenishment Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and foster a lively atmosphere Experience Previous service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment is highly preferred Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately along with basic math skills for retail math and cashiering tasks if needed Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required Experience in banquet settings or large-scale events can be advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality service standards Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively setting, and dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest!
