• Greet guests upon arrival, take orders, and answer questions about menu items.
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage tables and ensure that all guests receive prompt and attentive service.
• Handle cash and operate a cash register with accuracy and precision.
• Utilize Positouch POS to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bussing tables and taking out trash.
• Provide exceptional guest relations and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience.
• Assist with food handling and preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients, as well as food allergies and special dietary requirements.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
• Familiarity with Positouch POS or willingness to learn.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
• Ability to lift and carry trays and equipment.
• Compliance with all food handling and safety regulations.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
