Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server to join our team at The Stadium, a popular eatery in Belle Fourche. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, the Server will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. - Greet guests upon arrival, take orders, and answer questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage tables and ensure that all guests receive prompt and attentive service.
- Handle cash and operate a cash register with accuracy and precision.
- Utilize Positouch POS to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bussing tables and taking out trash.
- Provide exceptional guest relations and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience.
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients, as well as food allergies and special dietary requirements.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Familiarity with Positouch POS or willingness to learn.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
- Ability to lift and carry trays and equipment.
- Compliance with all food handling and safety regulations.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$27,494.00- $40,000.
