Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining proper drink service etiquette Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or plating as needed in a fast-paced environment to support kitchen staff Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or upscale establishments Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations Culinary experience or beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink service techniques is highly desirable Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic hospitality setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
