Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining excellent customer service and upselling additional menu items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, ovens, and other culinary tools. Manage food handling procedures responsibly to ensure freshness, safety, and quality control throughout the food preparation process. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall sanitation efforts to uphold a clean workspace environment. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, serving, or fast-food restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food safety management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing retail sales transactions and cash handling accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation standards diligently. Basic math skills for cash register operations, retail math calculations, and processing cash transactions accurately. Previous experience in food industry roles such as café work, grocery store service, or retail sales is highly desirable.
