Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Remote Compensation Analyst for a leading telecommunications client that is building and expanding its new Total Rewards function. This individual will play a critical role in compensation analysis, conducting market benchmarking, and supporting enterprise-wide job leveling initiatives as the organization enhances its compensation and rewards strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience performing compensation analyses that evaluate employee skills, years of experience, internal equity, and market competitiveness to determine appropriate pay positioning. This person will leverage tools such as Mercer, Payscale, and other compensation survey resources to benchmark positions and provide data-driven recommendations. Additionally, they will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to support job leveling efforts, ensure consistency across roles, and help create scalable compensation frameworks for a growing workforce. This individual must work in Alaska Hour Timezone 8:00-5:00pm.
