Benefits Manager:
- Administer medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, FSA, HSA, and wellness programs.
- Lead annual open enrollment, benefits communications, and new hire benefits orientation.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and related regulations.
- Manage vendor and broker relationships, renewals, audits, and benefit program implementations.
- Monitor claims activity, reconcile benefit invoices, and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee leave administration, workers' compensation, and retirement plan governance.
Benefits Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Health, or a related field.
- 3+ years of employee benefits administration experience.
- Experience with retirement plan administration, wellness programs, or health-related programs.
- Knowledge of benefits compliance regulations including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA.
