Key Responsibilities for the
Benefits Manager:
  • Administer medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, FSA, HSA, and wellness programs.
  • Lead annual open enrollment, benefits communications, and new hire benefits orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and related regulations.
  • Manage vendor and broker relationships, renewals, audits, and benefit program implementations.
  • Monitor claims activity, reconcile benefit invoices, and support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Oversee leave administration, workers' compensation, and retirement plan governance.
Qualifications for the
Benefits Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of employee benefits administration experience.
  • Experience with retirement plan administration, wellness programs, or health-related programs.
  • Knowledge of benefits compliance regulations including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA.
Salary:
