We're seeking a detail-oriented Talent Assistant to support our HR team with onboarding, employee records management, HRIS administration, recruitment coordination, benefits support, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on administrative role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have prior HR or Talent Acquisition support experience, strong organizational skills, and experience with Paycom (required). Candidates should be comfortable managing confidential information, working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, and handling multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Schedule:

Part-time, 18 hours per week onsite. Must be available Mondays and Thursdays, plus one additional day (Tuesday or Wednesday). Comfortable working in an animal-friendly environment is required.
