Job Description
$25 - $30 Our client, ! This is onsite 5 days a week, in Fairfield, Ohio. In this role, you will support recruiting and hiring activities by reviewing candidate applications, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with offer and onboarding activities . You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate the hiring process, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate recruiting documentation.

12 months- What you will be doing:
- + •Review candidate applications and resumes•within the •Applicant Tracking System (ATS)•+ •Conduct initial phone screenings•to assess candidate qualifications and interest + •Schedule interviews•between candidates and hiring managers + •Prepare and process offer documentation•for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- + 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, HR, Talent Acquisition Support, or a related field + Prior experience recruiting for the manufacturing or supply chain industry + Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems + Previous experience preparing employment offers or onboarding documentationMotion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
