Our client, a wholesale manufacturer, is seeking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator for its location in Gilbert, PA . The position is responsible for supporting the HR Department and providing assistance to the Human Resources Manager and HR Coordinator to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and regulations in Gilbert, PA.

The Day-to-Day:

Assist with talent acquisition process by notifying employment agencies of available opportunities and scheduling interviews Post job opportunities on assigned job posting sites and review resumes Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires Prepare and maintain all required new employee documentation Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS system

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources as HR Coordinator or Asst. HR Manager. Experience in the food industry a plus. Familiarity with employment and labor law compliance, including Workers' Compensation, FMLA, OSHA, etc. Ability to handle data collection and accurate entry into HRIS system Experience preparing new employee documentation and conducting new employee onboarding and orientation programs

Pay Rate:

$22.00 to $27.00 /hr
