Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts for Pipe Mill positions by managing a high volume of candidate activity throughout the project.
• Identify and engage entry-level manufacturing talent through proactive sourcing methods and candidate outreach.
• Review incoming resumes to assess alignment with hiring needs and move suitable applicants through the process.
• Conduct initial candidate contact calls to discuss interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams while maintaining timely communication.
• Track applicant progress accurately within the applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting records remain up to date.
• Assist with onboarding-related coordination as needed to help create a smooth hiring experience.
• Provide hands-on support across day-to-day recruiting tasks to help meet project timelines over the 2-4 week assignment.
