is seeking an experienced professional to lead HR and accounting functions across our Texas and California operations, supporting TSG Services and related entities, including Intermodal Shippers Group. This is a hands-on management role requiring direct ownership of payroll, human resources, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

What we are looking for:

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years directly managing key HR or accounting functions. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Gusto or comparable payroll/HR systems. Proven experience managing AP/AR, payroll, employee onboarding, and HR administration. Experience supporting multiple locations or business entities. Ability to work on-site in Haslet, TX, and travel to Southern California as needed.
