Oversee benefits administration, ensuring competitive offerings and clear communication of plans to employees. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and HR legal standards across all HR functions. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations. Expertise in human capital management, workforce management, and strategic planning within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HR systems such as HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle

HCM, SAP

SuccessFactors) and ATS tools for recruiting. Solid understanding of employment law, labor law, workers' compensation procedures, and regulatory compliance management. Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, conflict management, and employee relations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel data analysis for HR metrics and reporting purposes.
