Education and Experience:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, education or related discipline and three years of progressive and varied experience in human resources with two years specializing in a specific function. Additional higher education may substitute for some experience. Experience with credential analysis and assignment monitoring is highly desirable.
•Internal candidates who do not yet possess the required degree may be considered if they are currently enrolled in an accredited institution of higher education pursuing the required degree, and can provide proof of enrollment and an anticipated completion date. Relevant professional experience will be considered in the screening process.
