Serve as Credential Analyst for certificated employees. Responsible for independent decisions governed by existing policies. Consistent ethical behavior and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality when required is essential.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Public Administration, or other related field required; Master's degree preferred
Four years of responsible and varied technical public personnel experience, including at least two years of experience in a California public school district

Must possess a valid California Driver's License

Ability to speak in an understandable voice with sufficient volume to be heard in normal conversation and on the telephone
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others

Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of pressure to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
