This role is vital in shaping our organizational culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing comprehensive payroll processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources management, payroll administration, and team leadership, driving initiatives that foster employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using systems such as isolved, workday, Kronos, UltiPro, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, conducting interviews, and developing onboarding programs that align with organizational goals. Supervise HR teams to implement employee orientation programs, performance management systems, and employee relations initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws including
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, Workers' Compensation policies, EEO standards, and HR legal requirements. Manage employee misconduct investigations with transparency and fairness while handling confidential information responsibly. Develop and execute strategic HR programs such as organization design, succession planning, change management, and process improvements to optimize human capital management. Facilitate training & development sessions to enhance skills across the organization while supporting leadership in strategic planning efforts. Handle employee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks to maximize employee satisfaction. Conduct data analysis for HR metrics using tools like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors to inform decision-making and improve processes. Lead conflict management initiatives by mediating disputes effectively and fostering open communication channels across teams. Experience Proven experience in managing human resources functions with a focus on payroll administration in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading HR teams or managing cross-functional projects related to talent management or organizational development. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal frameworks. Hands-on experience with HR systems such as HRIS platforms (e.g., UltiPro, Oracle HCM) or payroll software like Paychex or Kronos is essential. Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic thinking in HR leadership roles. Prior involvement in employee relations management, benefits administration, training & development programs, and performance evaluation processes. Ability to analyze data effectively for process improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
