Burlington County Pay:

BASED ON EXPERIENCE

/401K/ medical Insurance Active Staffing is looking for an energetic and dependable On-Site Manager to lead daily workforce operations and provide exceptional client support.

What You'll Do:

Supervise 50-100 employees
Manage attendance, onboarding, and employee relations
Build strong client relationships
Coordinate staffing needs and workforce planning
Maintain reports and ensure compliance

What We're Looking For:

Staffing experience (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Computer proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites
Bilingual is a must
