HR Manager Need ASAP Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Streamline and Improve current

HR Systems and Procedures Compliance & Policy:

Enforce company policies and maintain compliance with employment standards

Performance Management:

Coordinate the performance review process and assist managers with goal tracking and improvement plans.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for personnel questions, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Recruiting of Hourly/Salaried employees. Assists Plant Management in the recruiting process Employee Engagement -

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
