$100,000-$115,000

HR Manager:
Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Partner with managers and leadership on employee coaching, conflict resolution, and performance discussions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation. Maintain HRIS data, personnel records, policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Support compensation planning, annual reviews, employee training, and engagement initiatives. Qualifications for the
HR Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
preferred. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting multistate HR operations and employment law compliance.
