Up to $115,000 About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day human resources function for their growing team. This is a hands-on role that partners closely with leadership to support employees throughout the full HR lifecycle while helping foster a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Partner with leadership on employee coaching, conflict resolution, and performance discussions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation. Maintain HRIS records and personnel files. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook. Support compensation planning and annual performance review processes. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives. Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
certification preferred. 5+ years of progressive human resources experience. Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required. Timing is everything.
