We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to

TEMPORARILY

support a fast-paced organization in Jackson, TN. This position serves as a key partner to leadership and is responsible for employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, benefits, compensation, training, and overall HR operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance, staffing, and organizational needs Develop and implement recruiting and staffing strategies for professional and production positions Manage performance management and employee development processes Develop, administer, and enforce HR policies and procedures Coach supervisors and managers on employee issues, company policies, and employment practices Handle employee relations concerns and workplace investigations Administer employee benefits and assist employees with benefit questions Support salary, compensation, and incentive programs Coordinate and conduct employee and management training Promote employee engagement, communication, recognition, and retention Help identify and address workplace culture and organizational challenges Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain accurate HR information and processes within Workday Requirements Workday experience required Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Experience recruiting for professional and/or production positions Experience with employee relations and performance management Experience administering compensation and incentive programs Experience with employee benefits administration Experience coaching and advising managers Experience conducting employee or management training Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field HR experience within a manufacturing environment Experience with workplace investigations, grievances, arbitration, and/or collective bargaining agreements BR1
