Location The Ricardo - 75 - Admin General About the opportunity The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all human resources functions within the organization, championing a people-first culture and ensuring that the organization's ethos of service excellence, integrity, teamwork, and professional growth are reflected in all employee programs, leadership development initiatives, and workplace practices. What you'll get to do
Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the organization's mission and business objectives
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and department heads
Support organizational development and workforce planning across departments
Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
Foster an inclusive workplace that values collaboration, respect, and accountability Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field required
5-8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within hospitality or service industries
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
