Palm Beaches is a fast-growing, media-first luxury brokerage built around brand, technology, and agent support. This role ensures every new agent knows how to use those resources effectively from day one. The Role Own the first 90 days of the new-agent experience. You'll onboard, train, and support agents across SERHANT. systems, technology, and processes—helping them become confident, self-sufficient, and fully integrated into the brokerage. What You'll Do Lead Day 1 and Week 1 onboarding for new agents Train agents on SERHANT. platforms, Rechat, CRM, marketing tools, and listing/transaction workflows Host office hours and provide 1:1 training and refreshers Conduct 7
- 30• 60• and 90-day check-ins to track progress and remove roadblocks Create SOPs, checklists, and training resources for recurring questions Track onboarding completion, attendance, and technology adoption Who You Are 2+ years in real estate operations, agent services, training, or a related field Tech-savvy, patient, and comfortable teaching others Organized and process-driven A clear, confident communicator who works well with high-producing agents Focused on accountability, consistency, and improving systems Why This Role Matters Strong onboarding helps agents ramp faster, become more self-sufficient, and stay engaged—while reducing day-to-day operational demands on brokers and leadership.
Compensation Base Salary:
$55,000
- 70,000 Compensation will depend on experience, with the higher end suited for candidates who can independently build and manage the full 0-90 day onboarding program.
