THE GROWTH PATH
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll start as our HR Generalist, working directly with our CEO and Regional Director. As you take on more — full payroll ownership, multi-state compliance, and benefits management — the role is built to grow into a formal HR Manager position, with pay increases along the way. We're looking for someone who wants that path, not just a job.
WHAT YOU'LL
DORecruiting & Onboarding Source candidates and run initial phone screens , then hand qualified applicants to leadership for final interviews and decisions. Coordinate offers, onboarding, and new-hire paperwork across our locations. Payroll & HRIS Process and support payroll and keep HRIS records accurate and up to date. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred. Benefits Administer benefits — enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee questions — and support open enrollment. Compliance Help keep HR practices compliant with federal, state, and local law. Multi-state (TX & GA) exposure is a plus. Employee Experience Support engagement, retention, and culture initiatives that keep our teams strong.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT 2-4
years of HR generalist experience spanning recruiting, payroll, and benefits. ADP Workforce Now experience preferred (not required — we'll train the right person). Multi-state HR or payroll exposure preferred but not required. Comfortable sourcing candidates and conducting phone screens. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; SHRM-CP or aPHR a plus. Organized, self-directed, and genuinely motivated to grow into an HR leadership role.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Based in Dacula / Greater Atlanta, GA. Hybrid to start, transitioning to a primarily on-site position as the business grows.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $58,000 - $70,000 , commensurate with experience. Defined growth path to HR Manager with pay increases as your scope expands. Performance bonus tied to clear goals.
