Human Resources Generalist:
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding while maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives Assist with performance management processes, employee development programs, and training coordination Maintain HRIS records, process personnel changes, and prepare HR reports and metrics Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies What You Need to Bring to the
Human Resources Generalist Role:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 2-5 years of Human Resources experience required Experience with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance preferred Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage multiple priorities #NewCareerByDoherty #DohertyNewCareer Ready to Apply?
