What You'll Do as a

Human Resources Generalist:

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationsConduct new hire orientation and onboarding while maintaining accurate recruitment and employee recordsServe as a resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concernsSupport employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiativesAssist with performance management processes, employee development programs, and training coordinationMaintain HRIS records, process personnel changes, and prepare HR reports and metricsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policiesWhat You Need to Bring to the

Human Resources Generalist Role:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred2-5 years of Human Resources experience requiredExperience with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance preferredStrong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage multiple prioritiesReady to Apply?
