Job Description
Talent Manager, Contract Finance & Accounting Location:
[Insert Location] Our team is hiring a Talent Manager, Contract Finance & Accounting to recruit and place skilled finance and accounting professionals in contract and project opportunities.Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen finance and accounting talent for contract roles
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for positions such as staff accountant, bookkeeper, payroll specialist, AP/AR specialist, and financial analyst
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent quickly
- Manage the hiring process from candidate outreach through placement and follow-up
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in internal systems
- Build strong relationships with candidates to support engagement and redeployment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or customer service preferred
- Finance and accounting industry knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
