Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist with a strong background in recruitment to join our team in Hilliard, OH. This role is ideal for a people-oriented professional who thrives on finding, attracting, and onboarding top talent while supporting broader HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple departments Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions Manage onboarding processes to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for new hires Support employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation as needed Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs Monitor local labor market trends and recommend adjustments to recruitment strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
