Conduct outreach efforts via networking, industry events, and targeted campaigns to attract top talent. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's standards of excellence and exclusivity. Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement throughout the recruitment process. Foster long-term relationships with clients and talent to support retention efforts and ongoing community engagement. Experience Proven experience in client recruitment, talent acquisition, or relationship management within a professional or luxury services environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with high-caliber professionals across diverse industries. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professionalism and discretion. Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and retain clients or candidates over time. Familiarity with strategic outreach methods such as networking events, social media platforms, or industry associations is advantageous. Pay:

$48,005.68 - $57,813.29 per year
