We're looking for someone who's naturally outgoing, competitive, and loves connecting with people. Someone who isn't afraid to send the first message. Someone who will pick up the phone instead of waiting for an email. Someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and getting rewarded when they win. Recruiting experience is required This isn't a role where you post a job ad and wait for applicants. We're looking for someone who loves finding great people before anyone else does. What You'll Be Doing Your day will look something like this: Finding ambitious people before other companies do Reaching out through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and networking Starting conversations through messages and phone calls Building relationships with high-performing people Qualifying candidates and booking interviews Following up consistently to keep your pipeline moving Helping improve our recruiting marketing and social media campaigns If you enjoy talking to people more than staring at spreadsheets, you'll probably love this role. You'll Probably Love This Role If... You genuinely enjoy talking to people. You hate waiting for work to come to you. You like winning. You have experience running Meta Ads Building relationships comes naturally. You enjoy social media. Hearing "no" doesn't bother you. You enjoy chasing goals. You'd rather control your income than wait for annual raises. Commission motivates you. You're competitive with yourself. This Probably Isn't For You If... You're looking for a traditional HR or recruiting position. You'd rather wait for applicants than proactively find them. Making outbound calls/texts sounds uncomfortable. You prefer repetitive work over trying new ideas. You're only motivated by a guaranteed salary. We care far more about attitude, communication, and work ethic than years of recruiting experience. We'll teach recruiting. It's much harder to teach drive. Experience with Meta Ads is required.
