Full-Time, On-Site About Us Lynn and Darla Supportive Living is dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our team works to promote independence, dignity, choice, and quality of life while providing reliable and individualized support. We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team and help us find qualified, dependable, and compassionate employees to support the individuals we serve. Position Overview The Recruiter is responsible for actively recruiting and hiring candidates for open positions throughout Lynn and Darla Supportive Living. This is an in-office position in Napa, CA, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Recruiter will work closely with leadership to understand current staffing needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and help move qualified applicants efficiently through the hiring process. Responsibilities Create, post, and maintain job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms. Actively source and recruit candidates for open positions. Review applications and resumes daily. Conduct initial phone and/or in-person interviews. Follow up with applicants promptly and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership. Assist with offer letters, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documentation. Maintain an organized pipeline of applicants and track candidates throughout the hiring process. Monitor open positions and prioritize recruitment based on current staffing needs. Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach. Develop relationships with local schools, employment programs, community organizations, and other recruitment resources. Track recruitment activity and hiring results. Provide leadership with regular updates regarding open positions, candidates, interviews, and hiring progress. Represent Lynn and Darla Supportive Living professionally when communicating with applicants and community partners. Qualifications Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or hiring experience preferred. Experience recruiting in healthcare, developmental disabilities, social services, caregiving, or a related field is a plus. Strong interviewing and candidate-screening skills. Comfortable communicating with and reaching out to potential candidates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously. Comfortable using Indeed, email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and other recruitment or office systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive applicant information professionally. Dependable, professional, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with leadership. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
