The Role You know how to win a search, find the right person, and get the deal across the finish line. We're looking for an experienced full-desk recruiter who's ready to turn that experience into their next chapter of growth. This role is for someone who enjoys owning the entire process, from opening doors with clients to celebrating a successful placement. What you'll do Develop new direct hire business and grow existing client relationships. Turn conversations with decision makers into signed agreements and active searches. Recruit and present candidates who make clients say, "That's the one." Lead interviews, offers, and negotiations through placement. Collaborate with a team that moves quickly, shares ideas, and wants to win. What you bring 3+ years of full-desk direct hire recruiting experience. A strong professional network and a track record of building client relationships. A proven record of direct placement wins and repeat business. The confidence to develop business and the recruiting skill to deliver on it. Energy, ownership, and a reputation for following through. Compensation and benefits Base salary of $70,000-$75,000 annually, plus commission. Details of the commission structure will be discussed during the hiring process.
