HUMAN RESOURCES

San Dimas, California Contract Aug 6, 2026 $40.00 The candidate •must• have experience in high volume recruitment, no exceptions. A college degree would be excellent, but not a deal breaker. Minimum 5 years full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience with MS365 and Teams is mandatory. Applicant tracking system experience a must, Taleo Business Edition a strong plus. They will be working on supporting the recruitment for GSWC.

Regular tasks will include:

Screening resumes against job specs Phone screen of candidates Scheduling interviews Job folder audits (to ensure applications, resumes, and intake forms are captured) Posting openings on external job boards Possibly audits of our systems to ensure logs and trackers match each other
