PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver superb customer service to Jibe clients and Jibe associates.
• Must have a strong customer service background from any industry.
• Perform resume searches, refer to established candidate pool and other staffing/job board resources to fulfill Jibe client orders in a timely manner.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with Jibe candidates.
• Successfully and strategically match Jibe candidate skill sets to customers' hiring needs.
• Act as a professional and reliable liaison between Jibe associates and clients.
• Perform a variety of business & human resource administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance.
• Conduct Jibe client service calls to ensure quality customer service.
• Present Clients with additional Jibe Staffing services and solutions.
• Nurture strong business partnerships by providing exceptional customer service skills and implementing customer development & retention strategies.
• Coach and counsel temporary associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints of Jibe associates, as well as Jibe customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to travel to various customer sites as needed. Reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting.
• Service/Sales-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure.
• English/Spanish Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
