What You'll Be Doing

Source & Hunt:

Find and engage elite hardware and software engineering talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network.

Connect & Qualify:

Conduct screens, dig into motivations, and align top talent with the right opportunities — not just the next job.

Partner & Collaborate:

Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to understand client needs, define roles, and deliver top candidates fast.
