We are searching for a people focused Recruiter to join our Team! The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the HR department through recruitment and onboarding functions. This role is responsible for handling a wide range of HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's hiring activities. The schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30am, to 3:30pm with possible overtime and occasional Saturdays depending on production and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Post open positions across multiple departments Screen and interview qualified candidates Submit candidates to Hiring Managers Manage applicant process from application to offer stage Complete all credentialing and onboarding tasks Coordinate start dates and orientations between the candidate and the site Conduct new hire orientation Monitor and increase community engagement through on and offsite hiring events Create and maintain company calendar of events, contests/drawings, ticket sales & distribution and employee discounts Administer and communicate employee benefit programs in compliance with governmental requirements Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelors Degree in HR or relevant field preferred Minimum one (1) year experience in Talent Acquisition and Staffing strongly preferred Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruitment Proficient in Microsoft including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to all levels of the company Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities

Pay:

From $22.00 per hour
