BILINGUAL RECRUITEROcean Springs, MSNextaff Gulf Coast is looking for an energetic, organized Bilingual Recruiter to join our Ocean Springs team!We're looking for someone who can communicate confidently in English and Spanish, connect with candidates, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and screen candidates
- Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding
- Communicate with employees and clients
- Post jobs and help keep the hiring process moving
- Support daily recruiting and staffing activities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and comfortable multitasking
- Recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or office experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with people from a variety of backgrounds
